By accessing or using Search Console Keywords ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Basic Plan ($9/month): 3 active sites, weekly reports
• Advanced Plan ($18/month): 5 active sites, daily reports
• Pro Plan ($35/month): 10 active sites, advanced features

Pricing is subject to change with notice to our users.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds are provided for partial month subscriptions
• Special refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis via support

4. Service Access and Limitations

The Service requires:

• A Google account
• Authorization to access your Google Search Console data
• Compliance with Google's terms of service
• Adherence to site limits based on your subscription tier

5. Data Storage and Access

We store:

• Historical Search Console data indefinitely
• Authentication tokens securely
• Basic account information

6. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Abuse of the Service
• Non-payment of subscription fees

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any part of the Service
• Change subscription features and pricing
• Update these Terms at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Issues caused by Google Search Console API changes
